My name is Janet Simpson and I have been involved in Gospel music as a singer and songwriter for nearly 40 years. I am a member of one of the longest-running family groups in the UK, The Simpson Sisters. I am also the music minister in my home church. My hope for GMIA is that as part of its evolution, it becomes the repository for data on all aspects of the UK Gospel community. This can be achieved by not only the sharing of information by members but also by the recognition and promotion of the various businesses attached to UK Gospel. I hope that GMIA will draw the community together to support each other for the building of the Kingdom of God.
